Saraswati is a Hindu Goddess who represents education, music, knowledge, and creativity. The name Saraswati comes from the Sanskrit word ‘saras’, which means fluid. Goddess Saraswati is believed to empower human beings with the powers of learning, wisdom, and speech.
According to Hindu mythology, after Lord Brahma created the universe, he felt it is full of chaos, confusion and fear. It lacked system, discipline, and order. Therefore, he decided to create an epitome of art and wisdom to balance it. This is how Goddess Saraswati was created and conceived, the Goddess of aesthetics, cosmic knowledge, consciousness and enlightenment.
