Shipping Policy

We primarily ship our products via local courier services. Kindly allow 2 business days for processing before contacting us about your order. After shipment, the average time for delivery is within 4-5 business days. In case we do not have a particular product the delivery timeline could be 7-10 working days since all our products are handcrafted and take a while to be produced.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the products. Products may need to be signed for upon delivery. If the customer is unable to be present to sign for their delivery kindly suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, neighbour, etc. DÈHATII takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.

DÈHATII is not responsible for damage or misplacement after the products are delivered.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to info.dehatii@gmail.com on the day of delivery.

Tracking details are provided on WhatsApp when the order is shipped. If the customer did not receive the same they can mention the Order Number in their message to info.dehatii@gmail.com when requesting the tracking number.

Exchanges
If the customer is not 100% happy with their purchase, we would do our best to exchange it for them. Kindly email us directly within 2 days of receiving the piece to request an exchange.
